@Xfinity Your customer service via web chat has been the most comical thing I’ve seen in a long time. They keep transferring me back and forth between agents because my old address and new address are in different divisions. Thanks for being the worst!

@Xfinity @comcast will CALL EVERYDAY about some service I don’t qualify for BUT WILL NOT answer why I get two bills everyday month. (As explained: I have community services through my apartment complex) 🙄🙄🙄 you guys are annoying

@Xfinity @XfinitySupport ... you gave me 40% at best, and when I asked for help, I got people I had to instruct on how to type. 99.9% useless - which I'm so glad I have a choice in Cable companies, and I chose to switch, to a local, US based and knowledgeable company.

@Ashleybee09 @XfinitySupport I'm right there with you Ashley. I still don't have power but I thought xfinity said they were going to deploy Hotspots to help people out. I haven't seen 1 single truck in North Port since before the storm. It's obvious they don't care about us who need access to vital info.

@ChiScoundrel @jakegiles Came here to say the same. I've had RCN since about 2012 now and they've always done right by me. I've only had a few minor issues with them but a quick call and they fixed my issue. I think it costs a bit more than Comcast but honestly I'm fine due to reliability.
